Association for International Cultural Management “Sea Blue” is a non profit, non governmental organization according to the Bulgarian Law for Non profit organizations.

The main objectives of the Association “Sea Blue” are as follows:

1.To lay the grounds of intensive exchanges between Bulgaria and the World namely exchanges of ideas, projects, artists, institutions and legal organizations working in the field of culture and cultural management.

2.To Raise Society’s awareness of cultural activities and lifestyle.

3.To Support the educational qualification and professional integration of artists and professionals in the field of culture to carry out independent activities.

4.To promote modern art in Bulgaria.

5.To promote the vision and the objectives of Unesco and the European Union related to the development of culture.

How the Association “Sea Blue” will achieve its objectives:

1.Independent organization and implementation of cultural events and projects;

2.Cooperation with other legal cultural organizations and artists to implement cultural activities;

3.Implementation of researches on the international cultural market;

4.Establishment of long-term partnerships with associations, institutions and private artists and professionals abroad which are motivated to carry out cultural exchange with Bulgaria;

5.Elaboration and Upgrade of a database containing concrete proposals and potential partners for cultural exchange abroad;

6.Elaboration of a website and blog which will consist of key information about cultural life in Varna, cultural management and opportunities for international cultural exchange;

7.Elaboration and dissemination of information materials promoting Bulgarian art abroad and raising Bulgarian’s society awareness of international art.

8.Promotion of Unesco’s and the European Union’s political guidelines for the development of cultural at international level.

The main activities of the Association “Sea Blue” consist of:

1.Organization of seminars, consultancy services to funding and management of short-term and long-term cultural projects, work-shops, cultural events, trainings in the field of art, social and human sciences, foreign languages, translations of promotional/information materials from/into Bulgarian language.

2.Support to Bulgarian artists and professionals in the field of culture in terms of event management, providing further qualification in the international cultural environment.

3.To carry out cultural and information exchange with other Bulgarian or international associations, organizations, art galleries and professions working in the field of art and culture.

4.Implementation of projects with particular focus on youth empowerment, ecology and social development.

Eligible members of the Association “Sea Blue” are all private persons and legal entities and organizations that show strong interest in culture, youth and social activities, ecology and are willing to take part in the activities of the Association.
